The Metaphysics of Abundance; soul, shadow & Soma
On the Solar Eclipse I will be holding a powerful and transformative workshop to identify the subtle energy of your shadow around abundance; and the emotions that are connected to it- so that you can learn to embody the abundant vibration.
This is happening on the NEW MOON in Aries, which is also a Solar Eclipse and one of the most important times to Manifest!
First, we will focus on understanding the shadow, as this is a vital part of self love and unblocking. To know your shadow, is to be able identify the fears, anxieties and stories that are keeping you stuck. Then I will teach you about the energy of abundance. You will have time to write and contemplate and then I will use Sound Healing to guide you into a restful state and teach you to reprogram the nervous system so that you can create a life that feels aligned, fulfilled and abundant. I will use the healing vibrations of Sound Healing as a tool to support you to reprogram the body, mind and spirit.
No one can reprogram your nervous system for you- and this workshop you will take the action and learn exactly how to do it.
Please come prepared to write, process, journal and contemplate deeply. This experience is about embodiment, restful action and engaging with our own inner self.

Pisces Eclipse, Mind, Body Spirit Healing Ceremony
Join Holistic Healers Kim Baker & Jackie Abramov for the Harvest Moon Healing Ceremony on Sunday September 15 from 6 to 8pm. This Pisces Full Moon is also a Partial Lunar Eclipse.
All are welcome.
We will open the space with Cacao, a warming and grounding drink, as we introduce ourselves. Particapants will be guided through a meditation while receiving a sound healing session. After a short intermission, particpants will be lead into a restful state to receive energy healing from both Kim and Jackie. In this time together you will also connect, receive Astrological Insights & consider what you are ready to release during this full moon.
Cacao is a ancient ritual that supports us to open our hearts and intuition, while being fully present in our bodies. This will be very supportive during the Full Moon Eclipse, when energy can feel scattered and chaotic.Please bring:
