Most humans are seeking to avoid this, even therapists, and “light” workers, they want you to feel better. And that is exactly what the shadow wants you to do, avoid the darkness. But all of our freedom is in our shadow.

In a 1:1 Session, I will support you to go into a theta state to access the emotions held deep within your body. During this experience we will create space to express your feelings and witness your unconscious mind/body.

I create a safe space for you to express. Nothing is forced in this session and we are lead intuitively by what you are ready for. This is not a silent session, once you are in a theta state of feeling and being, you will be able to express what is ready to be witnessed. I will hold space for this expression and support you to deeply listen, understand and recognize your unconscious story. Then I will teach you to reprogram your unconscious mind and inner story. Every person experiences feelings differently and so it may take several sessions before your body is ready to release emotions.

After you have witnessed and release, I teach you HOW to reprogram. In the session I will guide you into reprogramming and connecting with the energy in the body.

This is a 75 min session with time before and after to discuss the session. Often the first session will go over as we can not end a session abruptly when working with this level of depth.

The Birth Chart Reading includes a deep dive into your soul’s design, your soul contracts, your gifts, your struggles, your longings, your communication styles, your wounds, traumas, work, relationships, and how you evolving!

This Transit Reading is a deeper dive into the larger term transits and will cover the upcoming themes to support you to connect with timing when planning on communication, work, trips, moving, starting new projects and more.

It is very supportive and inspiring to be aware of timing when we feel lead to follow an intuitive knowings and are looking for the affirmation from our own soul.

A progressed chart reading is supportive for those who already have an understanding of their Natal Chart and are ready to go deeper.

The Progressed Chart will support you to see where you are in your current soul evolution.

A 30 mini-reading is available to discuss your major planet placements, to ask specific questions about your chart/planets or the current transits.

You can ask questions about current transits, but I will not include a printout of dates.

I offer healing, loving and comforting touch to those preparing for the end of life. It can be a difficult time for everyone and I offer compassionati guidance and support in conversations and sharing. End of Life Doula Services are by donation/ love offering.

This is a 60 minute session with 15 minutes before and after or integration and discussion. Additional time is $40/hr. This can be offered in my office or at your home, if you have a private, quiet space.
