What kind of Astrology do you practice?

I practice Western Tropical Astrology using the Placidus House System. I can also use the whole sign or any other house system you prefer. I incorporate Evolutionary and Psychological Astrology into my readings. Each Astrologer uses different techniques and while they can be vastly different, if the Astrologer has been using Astrology in their own life, it will likely be valuable. I think all types of Astrology can be useful and there is no right or wrong system. An intuitive Astrologer should be able to use any type of Astrology to speak to your soul design. I highly encourage finding an Astrologer that you feel resonates with you.

Do you offer readings in person or over the phone?

I offer readings in person, on a phone call or on video chat. I’ve offer readings for clients all over the world.

What is a Mystic?

A mystic is one who seeks deep understanding of gnosis, through contemplation, the nature of life, reality, the seen and unseen world and the connection therein. Mystics are seekers of solitude and stillness and spend significant amount of time alone, but with purpose- to connect to the soul, spirit and the Universe. A mystic is someone who has a deep yearning to comprehend and connect with the Universe, with oneness and with the sense of wholeness that humans often feel disconnected from. Mystic’s can be seer’s and are often in touch with guides and ancestors. A mystic is one who has a deep connection to the earth and the cosmos.

What is Somatic Release?

Soma is the body and in somatic releasing, we are aiming to release suppressed emotions from the body. Suppressed emotions cause energy blockages and leaks and thus keeping the body, mind and soul “stuck”. Releasing can occur through crying, weeping, moaning, laughing and shaking. Somatic release can occur through a variety of experiences such as yoga, massage, breathwork and even listening to music. In my Somatic Release Sessions, we are working to connect the mind and body to the experience of the release, which is extremely important in fully releasing. If the neural connection is not fully made, the energy blocks will return. Meaning, that if you don’t grieve the inner story, the grief will build up again.

In some types of Somatic Releasing, we are not able to identify what we are releasing, in my sessions, we are working to fully understand and witness the inner story, so that it can fully held, acknowledged and then reprogrammed.

Why get an astrology reading?

An Astrology Reading supports you to connect to your soul contract. Your soul contract is the meaning and purposes for which you are here on earth. The position of the planets and points in your unique Astrology Chart indicate your gifts, personality, relationships, experiences, struggles, traumas, what you are here to learn and how you are here to evolve.

Who are astrology readings for?

Astrology Readings are for those who are on a personal journey of individuation and liberation - those who want to understand themselves more deeply; those who want to take responsibility for creating a life they love and those who want to connect to their values, meaning and purpose.

Can Astrology predict my future?

I do not practice future forecasting with Astrology. Astrology shows us the potential experiences and outcomes, but we can not know for sure what will happen. With everything, there is choice, so Astrology offers us the opportunity to be empowered to work consciously with our choices.

What do i need for an astrology reading?

In order to have an accurate Astrology Reading, you need to know the exact time of your birth, the city and state of your birth and of course, the date. Your childhood caretakers memory is typically not accurate and it is best to have a record of the time of birth. Rectifications can be done, however, I do not do those.

Can I use astrology if I don’t have my birth time?

Yes, you can still use Astrology if you don’t have your birth time. You will not be able to accurately determine your Rising Sign, Moon Sign and House Rulership, but you can still use the position of the planets to discuss your soul’s evolution.

What is the best way to use astrology after a reading?

How long is an astrology reading?

I offer different length readings. A Natal Chart reading is a 120 minutes. An abbreviated reading is 60 minutes. A 4 month transit reading is 90 minutes. A monthly transit reading is 60 minutes. A mini-chart reading is 30 minutes. Readings can be lengthened or shortened as needed.

What is reprogramming? Or Neural Reprogramming? and Cognitive Bypassing?

The body is programmed, by our own interpretation of our experiences, from the time we are very young. The program is the “story” or “meaning” we created for our life and experiences, in order to keep us safe and feel loved. It is known as the unconscious or subconscious. The body holds the subconscious/ unconscious mind. Everyone has unconscious programming - it is how we have trained our body to respond to life. It can be very difficult to sit with the body and listen to the unconscious mind- therefore, in these sessions, I support clients by holding safe space, guiding and leading the client to feel and connect to the body without the busy reasoning brain. Constant reasoning and logical thinking lead to cognitive bypassing- which is bypassing FEELING. We can not access the subconscious and unconscious mind through reasoning and logic. Therefore, the more you “know” intellectually, but do not know unconsciously, the more intense your struggles will be. To reprogram, we must understand the current unconscious/subconscious program. Reprogramming rewires the body, mind, spirit, emotions connection on a neurological level.

Do you Travel to clients?

Yes I will travel to clients for any of my sessions, Astrology, Energy Healing, Somatic Release Reiki and Reprogramming, Sound Healing or any other services. I travel to facilities and treatment centers to offer groups sessions. If a client would like an in home session, it is necessary that the space be quiet and without distraction. It is advised if you have pets or children, that we do not do the session within your home.
