On the Solar Eclipse I will be holding a powerful and transformative workshop to identify the subtle energy of your shadow around abundance; and the emotions that are connected to it- so that you can learn to embody the abundant vibration.

This is happening on the NEW MOON in Aries, which is also a Solar Eclipse and one of the most important times to Manifest!

First, we will focus on understanding the shadow, as this is a vital part of self love and unblocking. To know your shadow, is to be able identify the fears, anxieties and stories that are keeping you stuck. Then I will teach you about the energy of abundance. You will have time to write and contemplate and then I will use Sound Healing to guide you into a restful state and teach you to reprogram the nervous system so that you can create a life that feels aligned, fulfilled and abundant. I will use the healing vibrations of Sound Healing as a tool to support you to reprogram the body, mind and spirit.

No one can reprogram your nervous system for you- and this workshop you will take the action and learn exactly how to do it.
