The cells in your body are made of water, and as you may know, the shape of water molecules can change. The Sound in Sound Healings physically changes the shape of the water in your body, supporting you to release difficult emotions (which cause disease) and therefore restructuring your cells.

The Vibrations of Sound Medicine work with us on a cellular and energetic level and in Group Sessions, the energy is amplified! I offer group session in Community spaces every other week to create opportunities for deep rest and healing.

Group Reiki Healing is a powerful and supportive experience to heal the mind, body, spirit and emotions. Loving, Healing, Human Touch is one the most underrated forms of healing.

I begin the session with a short grounding meditation, to center each person in their body, and then each person receives a mini Reiki energy healing treatment while listening to restorative & healing sounds and music.
